Section 1

  1. TMIR is an independent organization, not-for-profit and is not affiliated with any religious or political groups. It intends to educate mankind on Islamic issues from the correct sources (Al-Quran, The Hadith, the works of mainstream Islamic scholars (and research and analyze the Muslims challenges to respond intellectually and knowledgably.
  2. The main purpose of TMIR is to educate mankind the core concept of Islamic monotheism and correct Aqeedah and Islamic issues from the correct sources and rejects the deviated groups and violence and promote the comparative religious and political dialogues, talks, discussion and debates.
  3. TMIR is intend to remove all the contradictions from the matter of Aqidah by public talk, seminars, workshops, classes and distributing literatures, books, newsletters, semi-annual magazines, CD, website, Facebook, Youtube and by all the electronic means.
  4. TMIR is prohibited to practice or promote any religious innovations.
  5. TMIR is willingly and unwillingly or intentionally and unintentionally listen and discuss with the mainstream Islamic scholars and always maintain respect and honor to mainstream Islamic scholars.
  6. TMIR will educate and promote Islamic economy by creating micro-economy and workshops, seminars and literatures.
  7. TMIR desire to promote Islamic family values by organizing family consultations hotline, workshops, seminars and talks.
  8. TMIR will be funded by the donation, tuitions of the classes, fees of the workshops and seminars, or supported by Qarda Hasanaa ( a goodly loan) and restricted to Zakat money.
  9. TMIR must have balance budget ahead of the events.
  10. TMIR is not responsible for any dignitaries or active members or students or volunteers' personal opinions. As long as the opinions are not attach to any TMIR publications and approved by the president.

Section 2

  1. All power belongs to Almighty, The Wise, The Judge, The Helper, The only One God (Allah) and the all guidance is from Him through His Revelations and Messengers (peace be upon them) and the final Revelation Al-Qur'an and the Last and Final Messenger Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
  2. The President of the association is the one who can make official and political decisions based on Qur'an and Sunnah and mainstream Islamic scholars' opinion and from the dignitary of the association.
  3. The Secretary General will perform all the secretarial duties.
  4. The Program Manager must fulfill his obligations by organizing any event that is decided by the association and approved by the president. The program manager can hire volunteers to assist him in his work. The volunteers must be approved by the president or secretary and have a badge.
  5. Any sincere Muslim can participate as a volunteer but must be approved by the program manager.
  6. The President may present detailed annual budget to the dignitaries and active members.
  7. The president of the association may receive a reasonable compensation and pay bonuses to the dignitaries and volunteers.
